Any person can change the "Started" date. If you want to see where they really joined Facebook go to their account and scroll down to the bottom. You will see they joined Facebook on July 13th 2012. It's the same content as on your own Facebook page where it has the day you said you were born. If you check out my timeline it says I was started(born) in 1924 (I am the Highlander apparently). However I cannot change the date Facebook says I joined it. That is to try to avoid confusion like is happening in WarZ. One can only hope it is another "oversight" or "misunderstanding" by Titov.
